Step 1
Before you begin, hydrate your hair with a moisturizing lotion or a water spray. Then, apply a small amount of styling cream to each section to ensure your hairstyle's longevity and add shine.

Divide your section of hair into 3 strands.
Step 3
With your 3 strands in hand, labeled 1, 2, and 3. Pass strand 1 over strand 2 towards the center, so the order becomes 2, 1, and 3. Then, pass strand 3 over strand 1 towards the center, making the new order 2, 3, and 1. Continue this pattern: always move the leftmost strand towards the center, then the rightmost strand towards the center. Keep going until you reach the end of the hair section.
